Clarks and Packards Re-unite

Before we left sunny, warm, Southern California we were able to visit with our good friends Matt and Annie. We were about 20 minutes away and we got a flat tire. Are you kidding me? Uggg... Ryan tried to fix it him self, but the tire was somehow jammed and he couldn't get it off. As he waited for AAA, Matt came to our rescue and was so kind to pick me and the kiddos up.

We spent the afternoon and evening hanging out at their place, chatting and playing games. Sweet little Madelyn and Kaitlyn picked right up and played for hours. It was fun to see them re-unite. :)

Annie made us her awesome bbq chicken pizza and awesome pizookies.

We were so grateful that we were able to see them and spend sometime with them. We are so grateful for their friendship.

As we got on the freeway to head home (driving 45 mph with a spare tire) Ryan said, "we didn't take any pictures." Opps. The flat tire picture will have to do. Boo. :/
