On Friday K and I were invited by some friends to go to the San Francisco Academy of Sciences. I love this place and so does she. There is a lot to see and do. When we went this time we went to the aquarium and hit up the "secret" playroom. At the aquarium, they had the scuba divers in the water cleaning the rocks and K wouldn't go anywhere near it. She would say in a terrified voice, "its like Nemo." Not sure if she was scared for the fish or if the scuba divers just looked scary to her.

This is a picture of K with some desert lizards. You really can't see the lizard, but it kept licking the glass. So, K would put her face up to the glass and the lizard would lick it. She got a kick out of it.
In the "secret" playroom. It was a nice break to sit down and have the kids run around and play.

This pose was all K's idea and she wanted me to take a picture.
Since we were in city already, I called Ryan to see if he had time to meet us for lunch. Luckily, he didn't have a morning patient so we were able to see him. Anytime we can have with him we will take!

Kaitlyn was being really silly (and Ryan :)) so to help calm her down a little we let her play on Ryans computer - pbskids.org.
